Aimee Swartz
For nearly twenty years I worked inside corporate learning and development, and I was good at it. I could take the most tangled body of knowledge and turn it into something clear and teachable, and I understood the science of how adults actually learn. From the outside, it looked figured out. But something was missing — I was good at the work without ever feeling quite alive in it.
What changed things was quieter and more personal: years of my own inner work, exploring Human Design and the Gene Keys. Somewhere in there, a realisation landed. Learning and teaching weren't the thing I'd got stuck in while I waited to find my calling — they were the calling. I simply hadn't been bringing my whole self to them.
When I began working with heart-led experts — people carrying wisdom the world genuinely needs — everything shifted. I stopped churning out courses and started helping something emerge: the course that wants to come through someone, shaped with the care it deserves. Two decades of learning science, held inside a sacred process. That's what e-piphany learning is, and why it exists.
If you're one of those wisdom-holders, you can read more about how I work with creators on my Work with me page.
